Just finished #c25k week 5 run 2 with #getrunning – 31 minutes of exercise and 16 minutes of running. Next run: Monday 25th.

Super slow... But who cares, I finished both 8 minute runs!

Hell yeah! I finished both five minute runs! Who cares if I was just barely jogging near the end... I did it!

Social Network

I went to see Social Network on Friday.  I really enjoyed it.  It was a really interesting story and it was kind of cool to think about to when the whole napster/facebook revolution was taking place.  I remember very clearly the awesomeness that was napster, and I most certainly miss the days of spending hours upon hours downloading mp3s of all kinds.  It was well written and well filmed, and I highly recommend it. 

Tried Week 4

Just finished #c25k week 4 run 1 with #getrunning – 31½ minutes of exercise and 16 minutes of running. Next run: Tuesday 12th.

I got through the two 3 minute runs ok, and even finished the first 5 minute one (through I had to slow my pace way down), but I couldn't do the second 5 minute one... Only got about 2 minutes into before I had to walk.

Still, this is progress!

I took a whole week off because of health issues but now I am picking up where I left off!
